The emblem of Apam Senior High School consists of an artistic arrangement of four elements which epitomizes the core objectives of the school. The elements are: a shield, palm tree, two oars, and a wreath.

THE OVERVIEW OF ARRANGEMENT

The palm tree is placed at the center of the shield; and the oars are debruised saltirewise and in laid on the palm tree with a wreath emblazoned with the school's motto: "OBRA PA GYA OWURA KWAN" underneath the shield.

The shield symbolizes defense. The palm tree denotes virtue and fortitude and signifies righteousness and resurrection. It is a symbol of triumph and victory. The oars are symbols and instruments for propelling one through the sea of life.

COLOURS

The school's colours are Yellow and Green.

The Colour Yellow denotes wisdom, generosity and glory.

The Colour Green signifies abundance, joy, hope and fidelity.
