Also called the MTN Block, this house is one of the newest structures on campus, commissioned by the then Board Chairman of MTN Ghana, Mr. Ishmael Yamson, who also is an old student of the School in November 2016. The 8-Unit Dormitory and housemistress' bungalow has a capacity of two hundred and thirty (230) beds, making it the house with the highest  capacity so far. It is located at the South-Western side of the campus, next to the Sick bay cum Visual Arts Studio. The house is named after Ruth Botsio who happens to be the wife of Kojo Botsio, the then Education Minister who played a crucial role in securing the land on which the school is currently built.
